Length of stays adapted to your needs
The minimum length of stay is 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights depending on the rentals and the time of the year. It is even possible out of season and school holidays, to reserve the exact number of days that suit you, over and above the minimum duration.
Arrival and departure days
Rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday. However out of season and school holidays, we will do our utmost to satisfy your personal demands.
Rates
The rates indicated on the server DO NOT include :
Tourism tax, telephone (calls and eventually billing costs), consumption of gas and electricity and cleaning costs if necessary. The consumption of water is generally included unless stated otherwise in the rental description.

* Terms valid for the stays of direct clients of S.A. ALLANIC IMMOBILIER, benefiting from a rental contract of 2, 3 or 4 consecutive weeks. (Terms not valid in the case of an extension of stay once on site).
Remark : If the weekly rates are different, the reduction applies to the average rate.
