- Keys are available to tenants between 16.00 and 18.00 on the day of arrival.
- The number of occupants indicated in the contract should not be exceeded. Rental properties are all equipped with dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, bedding and blankets. The Agency can make available to tenants bed and bathroom linen or colour TV rental services.
- An inventory will be handed to tenants on arrival, and countersigned by the Agency. On departure, and on condition that an appointment is made at least 5 days before, a check may be made in the presence of the tenant.
- The security deposit will be paid by the tenant on arrival and restored at the latest three weeks after the departure of the tenant with deductions for any eventual damage noted.
- Third party liability holiday insurance. Tenants are obliged to be covered by this type of insurance. Failing that, tenants should take out "seasonal rental insurance" cover as proposed by the Agency's insurer. Cancellation insurance : the above "seasonal rental insurance" contract also has a "cancellation of stay" clause.
- If the rented property is for sale, the tenant may not oppose eventual visits by the Agency (after prior appointment).
- Pets : the presence of pets should be authorised and gives rise to collection of a daily rate by the Agency.
- No reduction of rental, nor any indemnity may be claimed by the tenant in the case of urgent repairs or if disturbances should occur in the functioning of private appliances or utilities, common to the residence, or public utilities (water, electricity telephone).
- Keys should be returned on the day of departure by 10.00 a.m.
- No reimbursement may be claimed in the case of an anticipated departure, unless the clause of partial cancellation in the "seasonal rental" insurance is applied.
- The tenant will pay the tourism tax to whoever is authorised to collect it by the town council of the place of stay.
